Definitely will not be 50/50 joint venture @baliboy...Market cap we have is $20m - anyone could offer 6c (their cost $60m) and pick up a majority holding.
We need circa $4m for the BFS which has been diluted now to a DFS (cheaper and quicker with more time and $ needed for BFS - if ever)
To get this show on the production road we need someone (partner) to cough up that $4 billion. How likely is that for a 50/50m partnership mate?
Some really slick negotiating will see us to keeping 5% of our company... at best!
This show has so far proved to be unviable. What will change to make it viable?
