A lot of money was spent on the as yet incomplete DFS for LD. Not sure how it could have ever being deemed as development ready back then let alone now.
The focus shifted to NS. It too is said to be development ready. But PFS is still to be completed? Not sure how NS can then be labelled as being development ready but perhaps more a case of developing nothing more than hope. As for timelines - well, pushed out and with more developing.
Trouble with AAU is that it's projects are still underdeveloped, still said to be developing and not much money left to develop anything but announcements and even some of such can't escape developing with retractions and all.
Plenty of money to pay good salaries - till money runs out - the time line for that may arrive sooner than AAU ever becoming a hopeful developing producer. Shame salaries are not withheld till after NS is developed and produced at least 10koz of gold. Now that would be more aligned with shareholder value creation. Nice dream, sadly currently more of a recurring nightmare. AIMO
