Some of the negative comments stemming from experiences of being underwater are warranted, but what I am referring to is the endless and often inaccurate negativity and sledging of AAU basically for no other reason than to do so, I can't help but feel that is agenda driven to influence share price, given the same regurgitated nature of it despite other things having been progressed and costs having been reduced etc etc.
IMO all that is BS and a means to an end for those that are constantly griping about the same, and out of date garbage.
The other thing which is quite peculiar is that the largest holding for AAU is the custodial holding of Interactive Brokers at just shy of 250m shares, whilst not one shareholder, it's quite a pool of shares that becomes subject (and available) to the trader / programmers extending the functionality of their own algos with the API offerings of that platform. What I am sayign there, is if one tool was negative sentment, it would be very easy for a computer programmer type (like I am) to create another tool being an algo that achieves certain things at end of day close. - especially in a lightly traded small cap. Having spent some time in recent weeks programming some IBKR api fucntionality, there is no way I would have any large holdings over on that platform, and subject to be lent to other members of the platform if I wanted the share price to appreciate, if I didn't though, that's another story.
At the end of the day, it can all be brought to a head with the NS Offtake Agreement.
