haaaa what they omitted from that statement on 'subject to numerous other companies ....." was that one of them was the company they bought Ausco Sands , and they surrendered it for two reasons , firstly they had an absolute mountain of sand of the highest quality already and secondly because its all on private property and after speaking to the owners of the land none , i mean ZETO , were interested in allowing access to the ground to facilitate drilling it , let alone excavating it. Makes you wonder why they did the transaction at all rushed through before the AGM for consideration of exactly 15% of company shares . they were subsequently not re-elected at the AGM by the slimmest of margins
