Only red flag is that shorters could see this as an opportunity to exit.
That could mean that previous there is an opportunity to build their position.
Many institutional investors will have to sell as their handbook may prevent them from operating in the " penny dreadful" zone of the market.
If you were a cynic, this could be the very reason MS has issued this press release.
