I remember reading a poster saying there would be no decision or announcement on a JV before the end of March to give parties adequate time to do their homework, go to their board for approval etc. This still sounds reasonable to me, and as it is only early March, I am trying to chill and await a positive outcome. My glass is half full, not half empty, and not selling out at these prices.
