Yep webinar told us nothing we dont already know, although admittedly there's only so much a ceo can say publicly.
PD has said previously they'd continue to go it alone if an appropriate deal cannot be struck, but despite our excellent assets, we unfortunately do not hold a particularly strong hand given our cash position. I dont think going cap in hand again would be terminal, but it would certainly delay things for current SHs, and almost certainly involve a share consolidation. Tick tock.
