BKT have been saying this for the past 3 years. Remember the infamous "we are here" label on the progress slide, just before the "finance" stage.
They need to update that label. It should now read "Unbelievably after all this time we are still stuck here, nothing has changed."
For the life of me, I don't understand why they can't progress this to FID. Its only one module they need to fund, that was always the story peddled by John, the rest would be funded from cash flow. This has turned into a lifestyle company for BKT management.
