From annual report i believe part payment for the capital raise at 18c to the organiser 625k now taken up and sold. wold not be surprised if they do another line and hit the bid ..there is 625k there. Depends if they need the cash. I am not concerned. I mean, I agree with Buffet and co..I hate (as does he) compensation being paid in stock..i hate the dilution..but it is what it was. If the stock bobbles around 30 c and I can pick up some more in a relaxed calm manner below 30c then marvellous. Do all the top 20 shareholders think they have enough stock? My sense is no, which should be supportive of the price. Comments about there being a tight register are right..crikey…aside from the 18c guy/girl (and their 625k has been absorbed now) there does not appear to be any meaningful sellers and may not come out of woodworks till 35+ While 18c guy is still there i am a seller above 30, a holder at 28-30 and of course..you all know…a buyer below that
