    So the seller/s of the last few months are still drip feeding it seems. Whether it be Pioneer or one of Neil's ex followers they are/ were top 20 holders so they're still sitting on millions of shares.
    NB needs significant positive news to facilitate enough buying interest to take them out, otherwise the share price is going nowhere fast (or slow) any time soon.
