The bullion banks are at desperation level. Borrowing of PSLV has reached new a record and it is obvious what is occurring. The BB's are now so desperate to cap the price of Ag that they are borrowing PSLV to short, and thus cap inflows into the ETF, thereby limiting the amount of physical silver PSLV has to buy to balance the fund. They are about to get their heads handed back them, and when they are forced to cover and re-buy the borrowed shares that will see the price of Ag explode
