LKE have 4.25 quarters, until they run out of cash.
But, that's based on a SP of 4.2 cents.
"...based on the prevailing share price of $0.042 on 31 December 2024. There is no guarantee that the Company will be able to execute a utilisation under the Agreement, which is subject to, for example, market conditions and the prevailing share price."
If the SP drops below 4.2 cents, LKE have less than 2.0 quarters of cash remaining.
Now you know why, there exists a struggle around that 3.9-4.2 cent threshold.
If the shorters move in, and drop the SP below "$0.042"...its all over.
Just my opinion of course, and I'm usually wrong.
