European MEPs must keep a register of meetings for transparency.

You should be able to summarise the likely pathway of interest of the EU CRMA, based on the institutions they are meeting with; and or identify those which are lobbying hard (I am mindful some sectors are being crippled right now).
The institutions are likely forming part of the subgroups experts to help assess project merits and claims.

Out of the data Anglo American seems to be an odd meeting - in that perhaps they are poised to make themselves available to execute projects.

All just speculation, but the data points are there to loosely define the results.
