re. Capital Return.
I was a very large shareholder (> 130m shares) but decided to exit after the following exchange with John Jetter.
Shortly after I posted this communication on HC (links below), Mr. Jetter resigned.
I would say that this was most likely coincidence.
However, Jetter did use a personal e-mail rather than his company e-mail (potentially avoiding audit trails).
There are valid reasons that he used a non-company e-mail; it just made me a bit uncomfortable.

Whilst John asked me a question in his response, I did not respond to him as I decided to exit as he did not adequately address my concerns imo.
