The only increases in supply are those coming from both Spain and Australia, which is EQR, and which is unquestionably evidenced in recent USGS statistics BUT, having said that, western supply is well short of demand and is certainly not outstripping it - thats just you being a scaremonger (most HC readers are well aware of your tactics)
China's recent export controls are still very new and therefore exporters are facing lead times in production, marketing/selling and wading through the bureaucratic process of preparing their product for export.
Additionally, the market has demonstrated a reluctance so far to " break out into a new price norm " - this is happening now and experts expect the floodgates to start opening in March as consumers will be faced with no choice but to up the ante in order to secure supply and protect their own industries.
EQR is the only western producer INCREASING supply - PERIOD.
Your sympathies towards G6M and Almonty are misguided - G6M have their debt deadline today (that will be interesting) and Almonty are hardly producing enough tungsten to fit into the corner of your eye
