WA government just spent 2 billion dollars on the Kwinana battery. supplied by Chinese Catl. Governments do anything for political gain.( Meeting targets). WA should have mass Vanadium batteries already in mass production and not buy Li batteries from overseas. Redox batteries are so much better for long term storage and last longer. Where is the Elon Musk in Australia. No it not A.Forrest. 2 billion spent on Vanadium batteries would go along way. Now the Chinese got the money. What they do with the money. Increase their military warmachine. That again forces us to spent more money on military like nuclear power submarines. How stupid are we?
