French company Neoen built the Collie battery as well as some in Vic & SA. From memory, some of them were Tesla technology.
With the growing demand, hopefully we can get some Aus built stuff in as well.
I live in Newcastle, NSW & despite us having very experienced train builders here, and the state govt promising local sourced infrastructure, we still get shitty Spanish imports that then need long winded & expensive modifications & repairs before they work.
