"securing land access" is mentioned a few times.
Is this a suggestion that some battery installation plans are actually pretty advanced in some states,,, to the point where they are already trying to secure land access to roll the battery out?
If anyone can clarify what they actually mean or what they are doing by "securing land access", this is one query that i'd like more information on.
