"Discussions" aren't even an MOU, let alone a legally binding contract. They're not risking prison sentences to say they are in "discussions". Have a look at LPD's track record. They could be, they might not be, I'm just making a point regarding that statement. I can make a phone call to a business and they can tell me to FO, and that would still be a discussion.
