My view is that Petrindo/Petrosea will all but take over the upgrade of the road to lift the road to their standards. Petrosea (controlled by Petrindo) have built many roads in the Maruwai Basin and Central Kalimantan. I've travelled the one from Maruwai Mine to Muara Tuhup river port and it is 55 km of great haul road.
Petrosea will build the 52 km of road from Karuna and International road to join with Cokal road. IMO and that includes bridge over Barito River. Also in my opinion, this allows for BBM Western side of deposit to be mined.
