I wonder if those two existing shareholders stumping up another $1M have attached any conditions - like offtake/finance approval? A sensible person wouldn't throw that kind of money around without some sort of certainty. The potential dilution sucks, but it does give me some confidence that an offtake/finance deal is close. Or am I just clutching at straws?
