here is BML recently after the Offtake (actually with Trafigura) was locked in in Dec 2024 following the DD obviously

with BML there is no pre-advice of who the party is that is doing DD, just the similar generallanguage that Offtake negotiations are progressign and nearing completions etc tec


and here is ADG announcing a non-Binding DD period (actually putting a timeframe around it too atthe start of the DD) being entered into and subsequently completed




with GDM itself having similar announcements too


I guess different Executives have their styles, and different commercial partners have their approaches they'd like to adhere to - at the end of the day who "plays poker with cards face up" is the other angle
