yeah it was strange not to read anything about the progress of Liquidation in the DR, but from my readings on the process, Creditors meetings should have already occurred and the Adminstrator should be close to having his list of validated claims, beyond that if there's futher dispute on those then it's off to the Vanuatu Courts for an appeal (but I think that was a course of action to be entirely at the cost of the Creditor ? - I'd have to re-read it)
