Any claims pursuing the DR govt was a complete waste of time and shareholder funds - benefit or curse of hindsight - funds and focus that could have been applied to advance projects - though lawyers are not complaining and financiers are yet to front.

Sadly, projects may end up unrealized and unfinished as financiers not in a hurry even as gold prices are excellent - do really wonder whether it's simply a case of projects being in Cuba thus country being avoided like a plague or simply there are perceived better projects elsewhere. AAU financiers or possible liquidation contagion flow on - sadly the latter appears more likely - hope doesn't pay bills but that's all holders have and it's diminishing daily.
