yep, if you don’t read the announcements and join the dots, you miss the message that is being communicated.
I’m actually too glass half full, but the alternative doesn’t bear thinking about.
as has been communicated at least a couple of times the delay is due to the govt department having to dot the I’s and cross the T’s.
So it’s not cla holding things up it’s the govt department. Cla has an agreement in place that is non binding until it’s been ticked off by the govt department.
That is why the extension was granted.
It’s just a matter of time………fwiw my prediction is on announcement of the funding arrangements the sp will triple. Yep 3 cents…..just my opinion of course
