Looking at the loans in the quarterly, we have
Loan 2: £911,121 secured by 15m SOLG shares
Loan 4: $2,261,070 secured by 20m SOLG shares
Loan 5: $2,041,074 secured by 20 SOLG shares
New Samuel facility 23m (yet to be approved) secured by 149m SOLG shares
Total SOLG shares used as security, THE WHOLE 204m we own!
I really struggle to see how paying 2m per year in interest and 5m per year to run DGR is adding any value to our only notable holding, Solg.
If the only thing we are doing is waiting on a Solg payday, why spend 7m per year. Just distribute the Solg shares to holders and we will wait ourselves, without any associated expense.
