If and when revised MMP is approved and AEV/Hebang sign binding DSO agreement, I would expect a fairly rapid start to infrastructure build at mine site. Why, you ask? Because if works aren't completed before the wet season and rains interfere with the build, mining project will be delayed further. Better to have the infrastructure build done and mining ready to start, than to wait another six months just to finish infrastructure build. You would have to think there will be an uptick in share price once an agreement is signed, and again when site works commence.
