I think we know the pfs numbers should be pretty straight forward and positive. Especially when you compare it to our recently tiny market cap.
The chairman is trying to avoid dilution at all costs as it will directly affect him and his large holding.
we havnt raised capital but we did dilute heavily when shares were issued to next investor for their marketing coverage.
