To remit for Feb 25? What did they approach them last week? I don't think so!, They haven't obtained approval so they are in default. They call it 'technical' but it is definitely a default. It's April 25 and they have still not received an approval for a waiver. We have not met their loan agreement, so we are in default. Along with the SBSA loan?
