    Gil is a deal maker. Once everyone has their fill of shares allocated/purchased post EGM and project gets derisked enough for a bigger player, expect the company to be in play within 12 to 18 months. It will be marked to market to the upside appropriately and with the backdrop in the US being very bullish for critical minerals, great spot to be.
