I have a lot of respect for you and @Paul88 mate with all the work you have done here over the past.
I also second all your points above and confirm that I am a believer here so have made a decent commitment.
I would also like to say that I am still accumulating while this price defies the gravity the fundamentals.
In other words, It is going the wrong way and that is when one wants to buy, not the alternative.
Time for me to bite my tongue for now, I will let you guys guys, (and others) do your work.
