We haven't really been told much about the diamond holes except that there were two (for 220m) and were primarily drilled to determine the structural controls on gold mineralisation. So I think the big man wants to first look at core before deciding where to sink the deep deep holes. Makes sense to target where the deep deep holes will be sunk given they're not cheap and we need to be extra careful and responsible with the kitty (more bang for buck kinda thing). So I'd be looking more at what geological comments are made about the diamond core moreso than whatever the assays come back as. Don't get me wrong though, any decent mineralised interval would be more than welcome haha! But I guess that in terms of mineralisation, given the diamond holes' depth and location (as suspected by my wonky eyes via Sentinel haha!), I expect the diamond holes to basically tell us what we already know. In the short term, any sniff of a Carosue Dam lookalike and there'll be no holding back the share price. Only the deeper drilling will tell us that. It certainly looks promising up until now but thats no guarantee and therein lies the risk if you choose to take it. No guts no glory haha! For me, there are too many existing holes (both historical and current) that have ended in mineralisation and those holes are widespread along strike for at least 1km. For example, just from some of the historical scout RC holes alone that ended in mineralisation, the distance from hole MG4 to hole MP-14 (with MG10 at around mid-point between them) is about 1.1km. All 3 of these holes were only drilled to a depth of 50m (with all ending in mineralisation) and have never been followed up. AIMHO (DYOR).

Have a look at the progress of how Carosue Dam (Khartoum) was discovered in 1996 by Aberfoyle, to see if you can spot any similarities. The two WAMEX Reports to read are first, 50042 and then 53474.
