Like I've said before, you can't have the same people doing the same things and expect a different result. I'm talking about the corporate side here. OZM needs a new Chairman and that Chairman needs to hand pick a new Executive Director/CEO who is an absolute beast on the corporate side (financial/capital management, dealmaking, negotiations, strategy, planning, marketing etc etc) and is also very well connected to the types of institutions (or other HNW/Strategic investors) that invest in companies like OZM. Both a new Chairman and a new Executive Director/CEO who are each creative and simply don't solely rely on brokers. Go-getters with initiative who are proactive and not reactive. They question the status quo and don't give up at the next challenge by hiding behind convenient excuses. This is one theme that constantly comes out of OZM - 'unloved by the market' blah blah blah. Really? Its not good enough to rest on your laurels if you want success. Get up, go out and find it FFS haha! Easier said than done, yes, but thats what separates the haves from the have nots on the ASX. So upgrading the corporate skillset would free up the big man to concentrate on what he does best and which gives OZM its competitive advantage in on-ground operations. The big man doesn't need the added worry and distraction of restricting his drilling plans because he's got one eye on the kitty and one on the drill bit (and one eye on the bottom feeders circling to take another chunk of his company for peanuts again haha!).
