The announcement talks about other possible funding options progressing. I don't believe the current fiscal environment favours developers in need of capital. Any deal made would be sacrificial to the inherent value of the company. I guess CE needs to weigh up the effects of further dilution from yet another CR versus striking a JV deal for funding and future offtake. Either way is likely to be bad news before it gets better.
