I question why Waterleaf Resources (a subsidiary of Lilac Solutions) needs to raise US$200M for an Utah lithium plant, despite Lilac’s prior US$350M worth of capital raisings.
Perhaps the current lawsuit involving former Lilac workers claiming health issues from chemical exposure, has something to do with it ??
Nobody can spend money like LKE & Lilac, for no results.
