they dont know,there are historic documents missing in accounts that are needed to verify funds that were spent,this goes way back before any of the current directors.i was told things back then were done quickly,usually financial documents verifying were funds go that are missing,and when the money cannot be placed means someone had there hand in the kitty,thats what ime told,there vmay be exemptions made by asx due to its historical and does not include current management.ime only going on what i was told so i really dont trust the information.somerhing is wrong,weather or not it can be remedied or if asx take certain actions,i dont have te details,i will dig deeper and see what i can find out
