    hmmm what's the go with ACM ?

    I have just spent / wasted an hour on the phone trying to speak to anyone involved with ACM about an email.

    I got numerous fob offs from what seems to be a call taking service, who didn't have access to the emails and when I insisted on holding until the lady could infact raise someone, anyone, she simply hung up after 20 minutes of no service.

    I know there's the East v West time difference, but I make it around 10am over int he West so why wasn't anyone availabel to be contacted ?

    Is this usual ?
    Is ACM an actual operating company ?
