I don't follow RTR, with very good reason. I only popped-in here to reply to @KeenDog's tagging me. I'll try to give you an even-handed reply.
PH headed-up PAN (a now-bust nickel pure play) for many, many years. That company had some good success during the previous secular Ni bull market (2003-2007), but it struggled in the years following the 2007 Ni top and was eventually shuttered on C&M for some time before a failed restart under his watch in 2018-19 (from memory) due to tricky Ni market conditions and a few operational missteps. He then joined POS, a junior pure play Ni hopeful, in early-2020 (just as COVID kicked-off) which was where I met him. (I was a LT private investor with a growing sizable position in that company until I exited in early-2024.)
I'm not going to say anything in a public forum that will get me into strife, so I'll stay factual and let you draw your own conclusions:
There was a great deal of marketing and promotion during that time at POS (e.g., promotional video interviews, MST Access reports, promotional conference attendances, etc, etc...) that added zero value for SHs in the fullness of time. Many tens of millions of dollars, funded by ongoing dilutive CRs (i.e. no operating revenue), were spent in various ways, including promotion and remuneration, and the company was eventually taken-over (all scrip) by HRZ for the equivalent of less than 1cps (yes, less than 1 cent per share).
In fairness, it didn't help that the Ni market imploded, but imo there was much that management contributed to that company's woes before considering the problematic macro issues.
Wrt MST Access: Most broker reports aren't worth the virtual paper they are written on. Analysis reports sponsored by a company are usually worth much, much less.
