Winsome won't likely exercise the option by 31 July, so we have 5,000,000 shares about to get issued to Canada Inc. Anyone know if this happens immediately or at the same time as the additional A$3.4m of the deferred consideration is due, which is on transaction closing?
If it's immediately, and the option expires, do the issued shares get reversed? As Winsome will be up for a break fee of A$2.25m...
Do I have this right or will Canada Inc. keep all the shares issued, plus receive the break fee off of Winsome?
