They were probably only sold this month at about 85c and therefore not included in the March Qtr balance sheet, even though they were mentioned as if the proceeds had contributed to the cash balance. Most likely not a large quantity sold on market anyway.
No words of optimism re a strategic partner, which came as no real surprise of course. If I was an interested potential partner I'd be making WR1 management sweat a lot more first in order to get the best deal. Patriot Battery Metals and Frontier Lithium would be squeezed a lot harder, too, if they were seeking a partner in the present climate. All about timing, isn't it. I doubt PLS would have paid as much for LRS now, nor would AZS have fetched half as much. The big question is what will management do if no-one fronts up with an offer before August?
