They specifically said “During the quarter”. So either a mistake was made in not including the amount sold or they sold it after the quarter ended and made the mistake of including the statement in this quarterly.
If no one fronts up in August it will cost us $1mil CAD to exercise the option and have 1 year to pay the first 10mil. So they still have one year to find funding or decide to issue shares if the sp recovers.
