If the decision is made to go ahead regardless of a strategic partner I think they should do so at the most cost-effective time, i.e., when only $1M is payable. What's the worst that could happen? Hundreds of millions of shares having to be issued to make the progressive payments and we become a penny dreadful. If they forego Renard we could become a penny dreadful anyway if lithium stays in the doghouse. May as well follow a bold strategy.
