I feel market is punishing Wr1 because of Renard because we dont have clarity either way.

Dont get me wrong I am a firm beleiver in in Wr1 taking Renard, but whats the other option? Wr1 decline to exercise - 19mil in bank and remains in cash preservation mode but now getting the 45% tax credit. So we can halve today's quaterly expenses from here on in.

What does Renard do. - No one is buying it except for Winsome.It had one bidder in 2019 who were an investment firm.

So whats next for Renard then if they cant find another buyer - They start auctioning off property and equipment similar to what they have been attempting for last 8 months. They have had one buyer for that equipment and its reads like a nightmare tbh. Not many projects between Renard and Chibamoga/that place so I can imagine that getting buyers for the rest of it woudl be a nightmare also.

I know we have a few people on here who have lived a little, so imaging travelling to Renard to dismantle that large building, transport it, then put it back together. Imagine that for everything at Renard, gas power plant, the connections etc etc. It would be cheaper to buy a brand new building because you need to do footings anyway. You are not transporting footings from Renard.

So lets say its goes to auction, no one buys but winsome comes in with we will take it off your hands for $1. Winsome dismantle and transport to adina then the people can stop complaining about transport costs.

tell me if anyone knows, how in demand are DMS processing plants atm? Or Gas power plants?
