they did say ADVANCED STAGES FINALISING AGREEMENTS , which basically means the same thing as FINAL STAGES.

You don't have to be sorry for disagreeing with me. I'm happy to hear your point of view but lets be clear, they DID NOT say they were in the "final stages" of negotiations. And what do you mean by saying land access "is coming"? No one is doubting that land access will eventually come, and characterizing the difference of opinion in that way comes across as disingenuous to me very. Delayed land access has a profound effect on the investment strategies of a lot of holders and potential holders in TMG. That's the real issue here and its not about having more or less patient than you. People bought into this stock, including me, on the words of TMG that land access was close, that was a vital part of me buying into this stock and as far as I can tell the company misspoke (to put it as politely as I can).
