respectfully disagree - They need to do all that and more if they want to get approval for Penikat. Also not a pipe dream - If you have a look at Talga Group they have successfully worked their way through a Natura 2000 permit for their graphite project in Sweden and obtained a mine exploitation permit. - so it can be done if the process is followed. They are facing a few final appeals from enviro groups but as soon as they are sorted are ready to go mining. Looking forward to going drilling at year end.
