$1/GP on 2P is conservative estimate - ECH purchased 25% of Mereenie (35PJ) for ~$50m last year. QPM is a little different given they're not tied into the gas network, so a discount is viable on this.
Another measure is EV / (2P + 2C) which averages around 0.50x, which would equate to a QPM share price of ~13cps on the recent reserve upgrade.
