This is a can that's been kicked down the road for the last few years. What pulled the brakes on everything was a lack of funds to get it moving. With Hebang on board we have access to cash. This announcement has stated that actual things, (not bits of paper), should start moving over the next two months, (May/June). If this starts happening then we should start to see some site photos of actual plant and portable buildings being mobilised onto site.
Any person worth their salt would be trying to get the share price where it needs to be to put the options in the money - it's free cash for christ sake.
On the subject of offtakes well it's pretty obvious Hebang is going to take most if not all of it, (that's the reason they have invested in AEV to begin with).
