This is a can that's been kicked down the road for the last few years. What pulled the brakes on everything was a lack of funds to get it moving. With Hebang on board we have access to cash. This announcement has stated that actual things, (not bits of paper), should start moving over the next two months, (May/June). If this starts happening then we should start to see some site photos of actual plant and portable buildings being mobilised onto site.

plus you would assume hebang would be keen to progress a rock concentrate and yellow phosphate plant which would create real value.
