@number3 In addition to all those many things you mentioned as further reasons for delays (i.e. revised MMP, Offtake agreements, ++ etc), the special meeting to vote on the additional CR shares for Hebang was expected to be held in May, but no update on this neither.
All in all, there are many pre-requisite items still outstanding before the final decision to proceed with mining is given. I suspect many of those are a couple of months away.
I simply HOLD by shares and expect to see the SP drop back to 0.7 cents which is where the CR is proposed with Hebang, subject to Shareholder and Government Approvals. As shareholders we continue to wait yet again for further updates.
