What happened here?
Placement: Subject to shareholder approval and any other required regulatory approvals on or
before 30 May 2025 the Placement will raise A$7.567 million through the issue of 1,081,000,000
shares at an issue price of $0.007 per share. This issue will result in Hebang having increasing its
interest in the issued capital of the Company to 49%,
